I want to go into my sewing room and just "create" another "storm" like I did last time, but have to go to the gym for exercise right now. Darn it! Am back at it 3 mornings a week, and sure takes a chunk out of my sewing day!

Actually, I am thankful for the ability to go and move this old, stiff body. That's the whole idea of doing it to keep the body going and be able to do the things that are fun for me. One of the trainers at the gym told me there are two key elements for keeping older people going.....FLEXIBILITY and BALANCE. Okay, okay.....I hear you.....that's what I will concentrate on doing today.
