My favorite quilt is a Disappearing Nine Patch made with a charm pack of Christmas fabrics. I've also used my 5" square die with my GO! cutter a lot. Charm packs are really quite the best way to get a variety of coordinating fabrics without having to spend a *lot* of money for various yardage.<br />Marilyn in San bluebonnethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06732746400158621623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-984655965246691167.post-47732419140353707572011-04-29T16:53:54.040-05:002011-04-29T16:53:54.040-05:00I've wanted to try the Moda charm packs for a ...I've wanted to try the Moda charm packs for a long time now :) I can't wait to see how yours turns out! :)Graceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08815500843238097643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-984655965246691167.post-39153453326940156452011-04-29T15:40:28.487-05:002011-04-29T15:40:28.487-05:00I love this post and can't wait to see more. And the previous post about feed sacks -- well -- I love them and most of my little girl dresses were made from sacks in the 1940s. I even remember going to pick them out in the feed room. If I had sacks I couldn't cut into them either. I also quilt, although not as much; I'm getting slower, have arthritis in my hands, and still lil red henhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15494641068959278096noreply@blogger.com
